PROJECT SLED - 1975 SKI-DOO 245 RV

This vintage sled is undergoing a complete rebuild from the ground up including the following:
new belly pan, new hood, reupholstered seat, many new rubber parts including hood straps, motor mounts, gas tank strap, handle bar pad, replaced 3 track cleats, cleaned and polished tunnel and belt guard, tunnel and chassis checked for cracks, dismantled the entire sled including suspension, clutch cleaned and replaced any worn parts and reassembled.

Many hours of enjoyable work, a few missing parts and e-bay has been a successful location to find original new parts. Many of these part come in the original packing boxes and bags. Here is a photo collection as it is in the process, more to come as it is being rebuilt.
